Customer feedback is an important tool that helps us maintain the high level of service that you have come to expect from Crossroads Insurance.
There are three important ways that you can assist us.
- You can complete a Claims Survey to let us know how you feel about the way your claim was handled.
- By completing a Customer Satisfaction Survey, you can express your opinion on the level of service you have experienced in your dealings with our office staff.
- And finally, you can submit a general comment in the space provided below. This is your opportunity to tell us if we did something that you appreciated, or we did something that we could improve upon.
Submissions are anonymous and we will only contact you regarding your submission if you specifically request that we do so.
