T.J. McRedmond, CAIB
Vice-President
T.J. started his career in the insurance industry with Crossroads Insurance in 1988. He obtained his Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker designation in 1996. In 1997, T.J. purchased the shares of the company from his father and became Vice President. Over the years T.J. has been very involved with the Insurance Brokers Association of Manitoba, serving on various committees, including Past Chair of the Young Broker Network.
T.J. lives in East St. Paul with his wife Kara, son Alex, daughter Gabrielle, and dog Roxy. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and traveling. T.J. splits his time between managing day to day operations of the brokerage, and servicing new and existing commercial clients.

Tony McRedmond
President
Tony has over forty years experience in the insurance industry. Starting in Ireland as an office clerk with the Royal Exchange Insurance Company, Tony has worked in every area and on every aspect of the insurance business.
Tony enjoys his golf, playing several times a week during summer months. He usually manages to get away during the winter for a couple of golf holidays.

Reanne Wusaty-Phillips

Kelsey Holden

Kelsey joined the Crossroads Insurance team in November 2007. She is a level 2 licensed insurance broker and she specializes in Personal Lines, Travel Insurance, Driver Licensing and Autopac needs. She thoroughly enjoys working with the St. Vital Crossroads staff.
In her spare time Kelsey enjoys traveling as much as possible and relaxing at her parents’ home in the country and at Matlock beach with friends.

Nella attended Red River College and graduated from Business Administration in 1994. She has been working in the insurance brokerage industry since 1995, and has been employed with Crossroads Insurance since 1998. Nella completed her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker designation with honours in 2004. Nella is the current office and personal lines manager. Peter graduated from the University of Manitoba with a B.A. degree in Economics. He has been in the insurance industry since 1984. He joined the Crossroads Insurance in 2001 and has since obtained a Level 2 insurance license. Peter was born in Hong Kong. He is fluent in English and Cantonese. He specializes in Personal Lines, Commercial Properties and all of your Autopac needs.
Peter and his wife Irene have lived in North Winnipeg for over 20 years. They have three children: Stephanie, Sabrina, and Steven. Peter is well known in the community for his dedication and care to all of his clients.

Michelle Higgs

Michelle has been working with Crossroads Insurance in the Tyndall Park office since March 2005. Prior to joining Crossroads Insurance, Michelle worked in the banking industry for almost 6 years. Michelle is a Level 2 Insurance Broker and is the Key Autopac Person in the Tyndall Park office working toward her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker designation.
Michelle and her son Brayden live in North Winnipeg. In her spare time Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as watching her son play Soccer and Football.
