We are hiring for an entry level, full time Insurance AdvisorFull Time Insurance Advisor (entry level position)
at our Tyndall Market Mall office (850 Keewatin St)

Position Overview:

  • Customer Service Rep.  for walk-ins & phone calls
  • Processing MPI transactions
  • Selling Travel Insurance
  • Basic Residential Insurance duties incl. Taking Home Insurance Payments
  • Processing mail and courier
  • Potential to expand training in Residential Insurance 

What you would bring to the table (please read carefully)

  • Must have or be willing to obtain Level 1 General Insurance License and IWS (MPI) certification
  • Energetic and Positive attitude
  • Superb Communication oral and written skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependability
  • Professionalism & Integrity
  • Self-motivator
  • Knowledge of MS Office products and general computer skills
  • Licensed Individual with TAM software experience is an asset

Crossroads Insurance has been monitoring and assessing developments with COVID-19. The health and safety of our customers and staff is our priority. Crossroads Insurance’s response continues to evolve as developments change.

Effective Monday January 25th, 2021, our offices will reopen to the public with social distancing protocols in place. For your convenience, Crossroads Insurance can still handle the majority of your MPI Services/Autopac, Home, Business, and Life insurance needs over the phone, by email, or online.

We have taken additional precautions to keep our offices safe, including protective shields, extensive cleaning and sanitizing.

We are confident there will be little impact on our service capabilities and responsiveness as a result of these changes. There may be times when our team members are dealing with increased call volumes. Please be patient during this time. Please leave a voicemail and one of our Insurance Advisors will return your call as soon as they are available. You can also send your inquiries by email, fax, and through our website.
